Brain Awareness Week: Our Brains are sick, but that’s OK

our-brains-are-sick-but-thats-ok_posterIn recognition of Brain Awareness Week, I am re-featuring a guest article on how Our Brains are Sick, but that is Okay. Click on the photo above to read more of Talk of the Taylor’s excellent article!

This week, keep your brain healthy. Get outside and go for a walk, talk to a friend, or better yet go for a walk while talking to a friend. Eat more veggies, or read a good book. Whatever you do, take care of yourself.

I write articles about wellness, leadership, parenting and personal growth. My hope is to deliver the best content I can to inspire, to inform and to entertain. Sign up for my blog if you want to receive the latest and best of my writing. If you like what I have to say, please share my work with your friends.

Lastly, if you like my writing, you can click here to vote for my page on Psych Central’s list of mental health blogs.
