Taking Little Risks Every Day Will Help You to Feel More Alive

It’s true: Taking little risks, every day, will help you to feel more alive.

We cannot control happiness, but when we can live more by our values, we will feel more alive.

So will coffee, being outside in sub-zero weather, seeing the latest Star Wars movie, or having a near-death experience, buying a new house (car, trailer or bbq), the smell after the rain, seeing the sun after a week of gloomy weather, being on vacation, or completing a stupidly frustrating home project.

Some of these things are expensive… and dangerous. I’m not trying to tell you what to do, just encouraging you and I to do what we can today to feel alive.

Feeling alive is different than feeling happy. We cannot control happiness, but when we can live more by our values, we will feel more alive.
